Confidentiality Statement |

CFNSG has an obligation to our customers, both for the duration of the work and afterwards. |
|
|
CFNSG knows that our customers want to deal with a company they can trust. Our customers want their personal information treated with respect and used for legitimate purposes only. |
|
|
CFNSG will not divulge any information about the work, its contents and its findings of our customers to unauthorized persons. |
|
|
CFNSG will not provide any information it has received about the Client in the course of its work, such as business secrets, including product and system development, research, specific projects and areas of work, know-how, marketing plans, customer relations, operating profits, etc. |

|
CFNSG also undertakes not to make use of the information that CFNSG has become acquainted with while carrying out the work. CFNSG has an obligation, with the same specific provisions as described in the previous paragraph, not to pass on any information received in the course of its work about the Client’s customers, companies the Client collaborates with and the Client’s employees. |

|
CFNSG guarantees that the people used by CFNSG to carry out the work are thoroughly acquainted with and accept the provisions of the contracts of CFNSG policies covering confidentiality and security. |
|
|
The duty of confidentiality will not cover information that: - was generally known at the time the information was received by CFNSG , or subsequently became generally known, where this did not result from CFNSG being in breach of its duty of confidentiality, or by subpoena of a legal proceedings. |
